體操選手鞍馬全旋動作在兩種輔助器材上之比較

A Kinematical Analysis of Circles on Different Assistant Equipments for the Pommel Horse in Men's Artistic Gymnastics

摘要

本研究旨在探討與分析短木馬與小香菇兩種鞍馬輔助器材，何者能表現出最佳的鞍馬全旋動作。利用兩部60Hz的攝影機記錄13位國小男子體操選手在兩種不同鞍馬輔助器材上的動作表現，然後依據實驗所得資料，以t 檢定來檢測兩種輔助器材所表現之全旋動作差異。研究結果顯示在兩種鞍馬輔助器材上之全旋表現，在裁判評分重點中之「大」、「穩」與「總平均扣分」等項皆具顯著差異；另在運動學方面，全旋時踝關節之平均高度、踝關節高度之高低差、作用時間與活動範圍亦具顯著差異。本研究發現在兩種不同輔助器材上表現全旋動作時，小香菇能表現出較佳的鞍馬全旋動作。

This study examined who could perform the best circles on different assist equipments of the pommel. A three-dimensional analyzing system was carried out by two 60Hz cameras to record 13 elementary gymnasts performing 5 circles respectively on a little mushroom and a short pommel horse. The t-test was adopted for statistic calculation. The significant level was set at p＜.05. In the judge's assessment domain, the judge's principles of ”amplitude, stability, and average sum of deduction points” showed a significant difference in performance between the little mushroom and the short pommel horse. In terms of kinematics, height of the ankle, times, and the movement range were significantly different. This study found that it was easier to perform best circles on the little mushroom than on the short pommel horse.
