健康中老年婦女體適能年齡公式之建構

Prediction of Physical Fitness Age for Healthy Females Aged Above 40

摘要


本研究旨在建構40歲以上健康婦女之體適能年齡公式。本研究以居住於桃園地區40-79歲共106位女性,平均年齡為52.54±8.93歲、腰圍為76.48±7.86 cm,所有受試者皆進行抽血及安靜心電圖測量,且經醫生確認為無慢性病者為受試者,再進行體適能測驗。本研究體適能測驗項目包含有血壓、腰圍、坐姿體前屈、功能性前伸、握力、垂直跳、左右橫移和二分鐘踏步測驗。利用主成分分析法以建構體適能年齡之公式,體適能得分:(-0.023×腰圍)+(0.011×坐姿體前屈)+(0.034×功能性前伸)+(0.047×握力)+(0.040×垂直跳)+(0.046×左右橫移)+(0.015×二分鐘踏步)-4.81。再以年齡標準化得到體適能年齡公式為(-8.928×體適能得分)+(0.15×實際年齡)+44.61。體適能年齡和實際年齡之相關係數為r=0.71(p<.01)。本研究進行之覆核效度考驗,發現體適能年齡和實際年齡差的平均值為0.49歲,而兩年齡間的相關為r=0.74(p<.01),因此推測本研究所得到的公式是可以作為評估健康度的指標,以當作未來其他研究者或臨床醫師,在判別相同年齡但不同個體之身體適能狀況使用。

This study was aimed to construct a formula to predict physical fitness age for healthy females aged above 40. Total 106 healthy females aged 40 to 79 years (average 52.54±8.93 years) with 76.48±7.86 cm waist circumferences underwent blood tests, resting electrocardiogram, and then the physical fitness test. The physical fitness test includes blood pressure, waist circumferences, sit and reach, functional reach, grip strength, vertical jump, stepping side-toside, and two-minute step test. We applied principal component analysis to construct a physical fitness age formula. Physical fitness score: (-0.023×waist circumferences) +(0.011×sit and reach) +(0.034×functional reach)+(0.047×grip strength)+(0.040×vertical jump)+(0.046×stepping side-toside)+( 0.015×two-minute step)-4.81. Physical fitness age with age standardization, Physical fitness age: (-8.928×fitness score)+(0.15×age)+44.61. The correlation between physical fitness age and chronological age was 0.71 (r=0.71). After cross validity test the difference between physical fitness age and chronological age was 0.49 years, and the correlations was 0.73 (r=0.73). This study data indicates that the formula can estimate the health index, and distinguish individuals' physical status in same age.
