運動前攝取碳水化合物在急性低氧環境下對於脂肪氧化率的影響

Influence of Carbohydrate Ingestion before Exercise on Fat Oxidation Rate in Hypoxia Environment

摘要


低氧環境和運動前補充碳水化合物可能會影響身體能量的代謝。本研究目的是探討在低氧環境下的運動前補充碳水化合物或安慰劑,對於漸增強度的運動到衰竭時的能量代謝影響。9位健康且平常有運動習慣,但沒受過正式訓練的男性受試者(年齡22.1±0.4歲,身高171.4±2.2公分,體重71.6±2.2公斤)分別完成兩個測試。受試者分別在運動前30分鐘補充75克的葡萄糖(G)或是安慰劑(P),並在常壓低氧環境(15% O2)下以腳踏車測功器進行運動。運動測試是從75W開始,並且每3分鐘增加25W,直到受試者衰竭為止。實驗中搜集氣體樣本,並代入公式算出脂肪和碳水化合物氧化率。運動中也記錄心跳率。結果發現兩組間的脂肪的氧化率和最大攝氧量並沒有影響(G:40.1±4.6ml/kg/min; P:39.8±7.4ml/kg/min)。本研究結論證明了在低氧環境下的漸增運動前補充碳水化合物,對於脂肪氧化率並沒有很大的影響。

Hypoxia environment and carbohydrate ingestion might influence substrate utilization during subsequent exercise. The present study was aimed to investigate the effect of carbohydrate ingesting before a graded exercise to exhaustion on fat oxidation in hypoxia environment. Nine health active college students were recruited to complete two experimental trials. Subjects received either glucose drink (75 g/250 ml) (G) or placebo drink (P) 30 min before exercise on a cycle ergometer in a hypoxia (15% O2) chamber. The exercise test was started at 75 W and the workload was increased by 25 W for every 3 min until volitional fatigue. Expired gas samples were collected to estimate the rate of fat oxidation and maximal oxygen uptake (VO(subscript 2max)). Heart rates were also monitored during exercise. In the results we found that no significant differences in the rate of fat oxidation and VO2max (G: 40.1±4.9 ml/kg/min; P: 40.0±7.9 ml/kg/min) between trials. The present study suggested that carbohydrate ingestion before graded exercise might not significantly affect the rate of fat oxidation during hypoxia condition.
