排球裁判專業素養量表之編製

Development of Professional Accomplishment Scale for Volleyball Referees

摘要


本研究的目的有二:一為編製一份排球裁判專業素養量表,二為比較不同背景排球裁判員專業素養之差異。本研究以自編之「排球裁判員專業素養量表」為工具,以參與97學年度大專排球聯賽之裁判員112名為對象,其中男性為90名,女性為22名,平均年齡為31.33±12.01歲,平均參與裁判工作的年資為4.58±5.56年。所得資料以探索性因素分析及單因子變異數分析進行資料分析。結果共保留22題,分別為「競賽管理」、「執法能力」、「判決公正」及「心理素質」等4個因素,累積解釋變異量為59.58%,各分量表的Cronbachα值在0.70到0.92之間。在排球裁判員的自評方面,以單因子變異數分析比較性別、年資及裁判級別在排球裁判專業素養之差異,結果發現男性裁判員在執法能力及判決公正上高於女性裁判員、資深裁判員分別在競賽管理、執法能力及判決公正上高於資淺裁判員,且A級裁判員在執法能力、判決公正及心理素質三個因素皆高於C級裁判員。「排球裁判員專業素養量表」具有可接受的效度及信度,並可區別不同特質的裁判員,未來可以應用在排球裁判的評鑑上。

The purpose of this study was to develop a professional accomplishment scale for volleyball referees and to compare the differences of professional accomplishments among the volleyball referees with different backgrounds. 112 volleyball referees (male 90, female 22), who were officiated for the 2008 National Intercollegiate Volleyball League, were voluntarily participated in this study. The mean age of participants was 31.33 years (± 12.01). The average refereeing experience was 4.58 years (± 5.56). The data were collected by 'professional accomplishment scale for volleyball referees' and analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and one-way ANOVA. There were 22 items of the scale and four factors. The cumulated explained variance was 59.58%. The four factors were named as competition management, officiating competence, impartial judgment and psychological accomplishment. The Cronbach α of the subscales were ranged form 0.70 to 0.92. One-way ANOVA demonstrated that there were significant differences in professional accomplishment between male and female, senior and novice, among different license grade referees. Male referees had higher scores in officiating competence and impartial judgment than those of female referees. The senior referees had higher scores in competition management, officiating competence and impartial judgment than those of the novice referees. The A grade referees had higher scores in officiating competence, impartial judgment, and psychological accomplishment than those of the C grade referees. The professional accomplishment scale for volleyball referees had acceptable validity and reliability, in the meantime, it could discriminate the differences of professional accomplishment between the referees with different backgrounds. In the future, the scale could apply to evaluate the volleyball referees.
