本研究目的在評估新開發的桌球專項敏捷性測驗之信度與效度,以確認可作為測量桌球運動員敏捷性能力之測驗方法。招募桌球運動員大專公開組20名、大專一般組20名與高中組20名為研究對象,全體桌球運動員皆接受桌球敏捷性測驗I、桌球敏捷性測驗II和T型敏捷性測驗的測試,大專公開組則連續2天接受相同測驗的測試。利用組內相關係數、變異係數、皮爾遜積差相關和單因子變異數分析來評估3項敏捷性測驗之再測信度、同時效度與建構效度。研究結果顯示:3項敏捷性測驗的組內相關係數皆大於0.9,變異係數皆小於5%;桌球敏捷性測驗I和桌球敏捷性測驗II都與T型敏捷性測驗達顯著相關。在桌球敏捷性測驗I,大專公開組表現顯著優於大專一般組與高中組,高中組顯著優於大專一般組;在桌球敏捷性測驗II,大專公開組表現顯著優於大專一般組和高中組;而在T型敏捷性測驗,3組運動員表現則無顯著差異。本研究結論指出桌球專項敏捷性測驗具有良好的再測信度、同時效度與建構效度,建議可作為評估與監測桌球運動員敏捷性能力的測驗方法。
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the table tennis-specific agility tests, and to confirm that it can be used as a testing method to measure the agility ability of the table tennis (TT) players. In this study, 20 TT players from the college level-1, 20 players from the college level-2, and 20 players from the high school group were recruited as participants. All players participated in the table tennis agility test I (TTAT I), table tennis agility test II (TTAT II) and agility T-test (ATT). The college level-1 accepted the same test in the next day again. The collected data were separately analyzed by intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), coefficient of variation (CV), and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient, and one-way analysis of variance was employed to measure the reliability and validity of the three agility tests. The results indicated that the ICCs of the three agility tests were greater than 0.9, and the CVs of the three agility tests were smaller than 5%. Both TTAT I and TTAT II were highly correlated with ATT. In TTAT I, the college level-1 players performed significantly better than the college level-2 and high school groups, while the high school group performed significantly better than the college level 2-group. In TTAT II, the college level-1 performed significantly better than the college level-2 and high school groups. Regarding the ATT, there was no significant difference in the performance among three TT groups. In conclusion, table tennis-specific agility tests have good test-retest reliability, concurrent validity and construct validity. Therefore, table tennis-specific agility test can be used as a reliable and valid testing method to evaluate and monitor the agility ability of TT players.
