成人教育工作者面對知識經濟時代的挑戰,勢須發展出知識管理方面的核心能力,才能有助於提升其專業素養及國際競爭力。本研究採用文獻分析、訪談、焦點團體座談以及問卷調查,針對成人教育工作者知識管理核心能力進行研究。本研究係從知識管理的五個構面-知識創新、傳播、累積、應用和評估,建構出成人教育工作者所須具備的33項知識管理核心能力指標。並且此一指標系統,透過問卷調查的施測,經由高階驗證性因素分析獲得實證基礎,再經由專家學者的協助,輔以AHP的分析方法,建構出成人教育工作者的知識管理核心能力指標的權重與計算公式。結果顯示,成人教育工作者在知識管理五個構面中,最需要擁有的重要能力分別為:「問題覺知的能力」、「人際溝通的能力」、「知識選擇的能力」、「轉化知識為具體行動的能力」,以及「判斷知識價值的能力」。本研究所發展建構的這一套指標,在國內成人教育界係屬首創,具有相當高的創新及應用價值,值得未來推廣應用。
The purpose of the study is to construct indicators of knowledge management to assess adult educators' core competences. The construction is based on the following five dimensions of knowledge management: knowledge innovation, diffusion, accumulation, application and evaluation. The study methodology used was a quantitative study and a large sample size was surveyed. The research data was analyzed through factor analysis and AHP. The study result constructed out 33 indicators and a formula for assessment of the core competences of knowledge management. The results reveal that the most important core competences which the adult educator needs in the knowledge management are problem awareness, communication, knowledge selection, knowledge transformation and knowledge judgment.
