摘要

雖然巨細胞病毒感染在腎臟移植的病人是很常見的伺機性感染，但是瀰漫性巨細胞病毒感染，包括腦炎、肺炎、胰臟炎、泌尿道感染及血液感染，則很少文獻報告。我們報告一位四十六歲腎臟衰竭接受洗腎長達六年的病患，在接受腎臟移植後，造成瀰漫性巨細胞病毒感染。儘管巨細胞病毒感染被成功的治療，但病人仍呈現植物人狀態。為了能有效預防巨細胞病毒感染，腎臟移植後常規的使用抗病毒藥物預防治療可能是比較好的選擇。

Although cytomegalovirus infection is the common opportunistic pathogen in the renal transplant population, disseminated cytomegalovirus infection, including encephalitis, pneumonitis, urinary tract infection and blood stream is rarely reported. We report on a 46-year-old female who had chronic renal failure under the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis for 6 years. Disseminated cytomegalovirus infection developed on day 38 after renal transplantation. Despite the successful treatment of the cytomegalovirus infection, she remained in a vegetable state. For avoidance of the cytomegalovirus infection universal prophylaxis for renal transplantation is preferred.
