本文主要目的在探討融合教育,及其在班級經營上的啟示。全文共分為以下五部份敘述:資、緒論。貳、融合教育的探討-融合教育的源起、意義、實施、成效、問題、要件、規畫。參、融合教育下的班級經營-班級經營的意義、特殊學生安置在普通班的重要、融合式班級的特徵。肆、融合教育對班級經營的啟示-心理環境、物理環境、常規管理、行為管理、教學策略、課程規畫、專業整合、時間管理等方面。伍、結論。
The purpose of this paper was to examine inclusive education and its application to classroom management. The paper was divided into the following five parts as:1. An introduction.2. A review of inclusive education: including the history, definition, implementation, outcome, problem, element and program.3. Classroom management in inclusive education: including the definition of classroom management, the placement of exceptional children in regular class and the characteristics of inclusive classroom.4. The application of inclusive education to classroom management: including psychosocial environment, physical environment, procedural, behavioral, instructional, curricular, multidisciplinary and time management.5. Conclusion.
