乳化劑HLB值對多重相乳化水產生理活性物質之控制與釋放-以不活化石斑魚虹彩病毒為例

Controlled Release of Multiple Emulsion Encapsulated Fishery Bioactive Substances by Different HLB Emulsifiers

摘要


本研究係在探討多重相乳化技術應用於水産生理活性質的包覆與釋放,以不活化石斑魚虹彩病溶液(TGIV)為模式,利用不同親水親油平衡值(hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, HLB)的油相乳化劑,控討HLB對TGIV溶液多重相乳化液滴的平均粒經、液滴的變異係數、界達電位元(介面電位元,Zeta potential)、包覆率、穩定度與釋放率之影響。結果顯示,油相乳化劑的HLB值對平均粒經,界達電位與包覆率並無顯著影響,本法所製備之乳化物之包覆效率甚佳(95.60-100.00%),但油相乳化劑之HLB由8.6降低至4.6時,液滴的變異係數重相乳化液滴,結果顯示,脂肪酸甘油酯(HLB 4.3)之TGIV深液多重相乳化液滴穩定度最佳(100%),在模擬海水養殖環境中,在八小時內均能持續釋放約5%之TGIV溶液,較HLB高於7.0之釋放率(17%)更能穩定的釋放所包埋之水産生理活性物質。

This study focused on the control release properties of a fishery bioactive substance, an inactive grouper iridovirus of Taiwan (TGIV) using multiple emulsion (ME) technology, With oil phase emulsifiers of different hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB), multiple emulsion droplets of particle size, coefficient of variation (CV), zeta potential, encapsulation rate, stability and release profile were studied in vitro. The 3ILB of oil phase emulsifiers did not significantly affect average particle size, zeta potential and encapsulation rate. The entrapped abilities of ME droplet were found between 95.60-100.00%. CV of ME droplets reduced (49.34-20.4l %) by decreased HEB. Using artificial stomach juice digestion, glycerin fatty acid ester (HLB 4.3) showed the best stability (l00%) for ME droplets. Release profiles in artificial sea water indicated that glycerin fatty acid ester emulsifier could keep ME particles of a releasing rate 5% of TOW during 8 hours, better than the emulsifiers having HLB 8.0 or 8.6 (17%).
