This study conducted in-depth interview on ten subjects, including 4 high-rank directors in hospital and 6 directors of social service department. According to findings of this study, (1) strict payment and management of national health insurance system; (2) market competition effect among hospitals in hospital evaluation; (3) managerial model of corporate operation of hospital; (4) hospital management adopts managerialism and thus hospital service of health care and medical environment shows qualitative change. Thus, suggestions of this study are below (1) to simplifies formalism of evaluation; (2) to reduce the gap between business management concept of hospital and professional medical subjects; (3) to result in different kind of hospitals to perform their social functions.
