焦點團體之理論探索與教育研究論文評析

摘要

焦點團體是團體訪談的特殊形式。本文針對焦點團體中訪談問題的類型、提問順序、謄稿技術及分析步驟進行探討，並評析國內教育研究論文中應用焦點團體訪談法的結果及其缺失：1.單獨使用焦點團體或僅結合調查研究法進行研究；2.研究對象的選取，多採用合目標抽樣及方便取樣，包含大學生或研究生、教師或校長三種類型；3..逕行關鍵性問題訪談，欠缺起始性、準備性、過渡性問題；4.分析的步驟及方式未詳敘，未曾使用質性電腦輔助軟體。根據研究發現，提出建議：1.可結合其他研究方法進行研究；2.以兒童或青少年為研究對象；3.分析方式再精進、詳述；4.改善研究問題的類型及陳述；5.藉助電腦輔助軟體的使用，提高質性資料分析的效率。

Focus group is one special form of group interview. The categorises of questions, question order, transcribing technology and analysing steps of this context in the discussion. Then analysing the use of education studiest indicates: 1. Use focus group alone or only combine to the survey research; 2. Th e choosing of the samples matches the goal and the convenience, including three kinds；3. Only key problem, no opening, introductory and transition questions; 4. Th e steps of analysis methods are unknown, and not use the quality computer software. According to the findings, propose the suggestions for the future studies.
