In these few years, due to changes of social, political and economic environments in the whole country, there are some reforms on our educational organizations. Along with the trend of knowledge economics, lots of countries around the world start to improve their education or to develop students' creativity. Nowadays, Taiwan's elementary and high schools also face a challenge to competition of the educational market. Based on the theory from the book ”Blue Ocean Strategy” and the basic action strategy model, the study will discuss how to manage a school in creative ways. Moreover, to produce creative blueprints and visions for schools from the successful model of Blue Ocean Strategy, the study will provide creative strategies about school management. The study aims at helping school staff build their own blue ocean strategy in the educational field. Only on cooperation, creativity and consensus of the whole staff, our school education will be able to make great progress and improve our educational quality.
