學校領導者扮演著對教育未來發展的關鍵性角色,必須具備身為領導者所需的各項專業能力,而這些能力的養成,校長培育課程中的內涵與目標佔有極重要的地位。因此,本研究從蘇格蘭校長培訓制度中的「蘇格蘭校長證照制度」、「蘇格蘭校長標準」之觀點,進而探討蘇格蘭校長培訓制度對我國國民小學校長培育課程的啟示,對照蘇格蘭校長培訓制度的規劃內涵與課程內容,提供學校領導者之培育課程系統知識和經驗的學習機會,並嘗試從蘇格蘭校長培訓制度的經驗與方式提出對我國的五點啟示,包括:一、發展我國校長專業證照模式;二、課程規劃緊扣專業能力的內涵;三、培育重視專業對話承諾的應用;四、長期專業持續發展為整體目標;五、培育最初自我評估與最終評鑑,以作為我國學校領導人才培育專業建構之參考。
The school leader is acted to the key role of educational future development, must possess every professional ability that a leader needs, and the ability one is formed, the intension and goal in curriculum of principal preparation is occupied the extremely important status. So this research focus n the view of ”Scottish Qualification for Headship” and ”Standard for Headship in Scotland” then probe into the implication of Scottish Qualification for Headship in curriculum of principal preparation for elementary schools of our country, contrast Scotland headship preparation intension and curriculum content of system, offer the learning opportunities of a leader's systematic knowledge and experience to the school. Finally try to president 5 implications from the Scotland, including: 1. Develop the professional qualification system of principal preparation of our country; 2. Plan the curriculum to link the intension of professional ability closely; 3. Foster and pay attention to the application promised in professional dialogue; 4. Take continuous professional development into the whole goal; 5. Assess at first and evaluation at the final. The reference as the training method and professional planning development will be a direction of construction the talent with leading ability of school leader of our country.
