組織變革(organizational change)是管理學及行政學的重要概念,也是工商企業界、政府單位及學校組織,近年來積極追求的主要目標之一。組織創新(organizational innovation)則是一種計畫、新奇的、審慎的、具體的變革,此種改變的目的在於幫助組織能更有效地達成既定目標或實現新目標。因此,組織創新是組織變革議題中更具有前瞻性、積極性與未來性的作為,值得投入更多關注與研究。 本文旨在探討變革情境下,校長的創新變革作為。本文共分成四個部分,首先釐清學校組織變革與組織創新的關係;再者說明學校組織變革的原因;其次論述學校組織變革的內涵;最後發展出創新變革模式,並以學校組織為情境,進行論述與應用。
Organizational change is a important concept in management and administration. Besides, organizational innovation is a kind of planned, new, careful and specific change. The purpose of this change is helping organization to arrive goal more effective. Organizational innovation is more positive and futurity. We need to understand and research. The article includes four sections: (1) analyze the relation of organizational change and organizational innovation; (2) introduce the cause that make organizational change; (3) describe the content of organizational change; (4) develop the model of innovative change with school background and t put it in use.
