This study mainly aims to introduce the contents of organizational commitment. The definition of organizational commitment is divided into three dimensions: first, identification with the goals and values of organization; second, dedication to one's job; and third, self-perpetuation. In categorizing organizational commitment, we will see(1)attitudinal commitment & behavioral commitment, and(2) psychological commitment, social commitment, & exchange commitment. As for theoretics, this study introduce the Antecedents and Outcomes Model, Attitudinal and Behavioral Commitment Model, Role Perception Model, Multiple Prediction Model, and Behavior Intention Model…etc. Furthermore, this study introduce two important measurement scales, the H&A(Hrebiniak and Alutto) OCQ and Porter OCQ. Besides, some other researches about teachers' organizational commitment are also discussed.
