我國高級中等學校初任教師工作困擾及解決方式之研究

摘要

初任教職的前三年，確實是教師生涯發展中最具挑戰性與關鍵性的時期；此期間初任教師除了由學生身份轉變為教師外，亦正處於是否繼續從事教學工作的重要轉折點。鑒於高級中等學校初任教師的工作困擾議題日益受到關注，本研究主要探究我國高級中等學校初任教師的工作困擾程度與解決方式。為達成研究目的，本研究採用問卷調查與深度訪談，以全國293所高級中等學校三年內初任教師為研究對象，合計發放450份問卷，回收445份，有效問卷415份，有效問卷回收率為93.3%。另選取4位曾有效解決工作困擾的初任教師為訪談對象，深入瞭解初任教師的工作困擾解決方式。

The initial 3 years as a teacher is a challenge and key period in the teacher career development. During this period, beginning teachers transfer their status from students teachers into teachers, and decide whether continue teaching or not in the future. Therefore, beginning teachers' job-problems are getting more than more important at senior high schools. The study aimed to understand the beginning teachers' job-problems and solutions at senior high schools. In order to achieve the aims, the use of questionnaire was mainly conducted through the study, with complement of semi-structured in-depth interview. The researcher used the questionnaire to survey beginning teachers teaching within three years at 293 senior high schools in Taiwan. Of the 450 surveys sent to the beginning teachers, 415 subjects responded to most or all of the questions in the survey resulting in a 93.3% response rate. In addition, interviews were conducted with 4 beginning teachers.
