引爆點(tipping point)核心技術對校園危機管理之啟示

摘要

「引爆點(tipping point)」的核心概念是：轉變可能發生於一夕之間，只要達到關鍵，就能於瞬間突破門檻，達到沸點。而引爆點的三大原則分別是：少數原則、定著因素及環境力量，其衍生出的相關理論可作為校園危機管理之參考。本文擬探討「引爆點」的核心技術，分析核心技術中之相關理論如：80/20法則、蝴蝶效應和破窗理論，最後提出引爆點對校園危機管理之四大啟示：一、防微杜漸，洞燭機先；二、臨危不亂，沉著應付；三、及時處理，切勿延宕；四、事後檢討，記取教訓。

The possibility of sudden change is at the center of the idea of the Tipping Point. The Tipping Point is the moment of critical mass, the threshold, the boiling point. The three rules of epidemics are: the Law of the Few, the Stickiness Factor, and the Power of Context. These related theory grown by the three rules may become the reference for the crisis management of school.
This article draws up the core technology of the tipping point; analyses the related theory grown by the core technology, for example:80/20 Principle, Butterfly Effect, and Broken Windows Theory. In the end, we try to propose the enlightenment of the tipping point for the crisis management of school: 1.Nips in the bud, 2.Deal anything with calmly, 3.Prompt processing, 4.Afterwards examines and remember the lesson.
