Cooperative education which combines school learning and workplace learning to bridge the gap between academy and industry becomes the new trend in higher technical and vocational education. Whatever quantity or quality researches emphasize effectiveness of cooperative education, not the operations. Thus this research aims to analyze the management mechanism of cooperative education, including management model, organizational staffing, curriculum planning, worksite placement and counseling, curriculum design, workplace training and evaluation of workplace learning. It hopes to supplement the lack of domestic research, provide references for stakeholders, and guide the direction of future researches.
