從漂流、陶養的另類教育理念談學校行政思維

Discussing the Thought of School Administration from the Idea of Drift and Bildung of Alternative Education

摘要


教育是一種美學(成人之美),在尋找「可能性」,成就「可能性」;「教育即生活」,在尋找感動,創造感動;「教育即實驗室」,在營造「希望」(hope),創新「喜悅」(joy)。教育是社會正義的一道防線,是「無私」,是「無棄」,不應把孩子當作工具,當成是大人的縮影,應把孩子當成是獨立的個體,因為每個孩子成長的進度是不一樣的。生命是有價值的、只要給機會都是有希望的。一粒種子,一個希望,每粒種子都應享有他自己成長的故事,每一個孩子都應受到良好的照顧,跑得快的孩子讓他盡情地跑,快步向前跑;跑得慢的孩子也應受到充分的關注,找到一片自信的天空。本文從漂流與陶養的另類教育理念、學校教育的包袱,談師資培育機構、教育行政機關、學校與社會機構應有的學校行政思維。研究發現:師資培育機構應開設漂流與陶養教育的必修課程,提供漂流與陶養教育的回流教育;教育行政機關應推廣漂流與陶養教育的相關研習,推動漂流與陶養教育的政策服務;學校應規劃漂流與陶養教育的校務發展計畫,增置漂流與陶養教育的相關資訊服務;社會機構應建立漂流與陶養教育的資源中心,提供漂流與陶養教育的伸展舞台。

Education is one kind of esthetics which help somebody doing good. It looks for the possibility and achieves the possibility. Education is the life. It seeks the move and creates the move. Education is the laboratory. It builds the hope and innovates the joy. A grain of seed is a hope. Each grain of seed should enjoy the story which he grows. This article according to the idea of drift and bildung of alternative education and the wrapper of school education discusses the thought of school administration of the organization of teachers cultivation, the institution of educational administration, school and social organization. The research discovers that the organization of teachers cultivation has to design the compulsory course and backflow education of drift and bildung of alternative education, the institution of educational administration should promote the correlative study and policy service of drift and bildung of alternative education, school must plan school development and relative information service of drift and bildung of alternative education, social organization should establish the resources center and stage of drift and bildung of alternative education.
