For tens of thousands of years human beings relied on oracles, prophets, medicine men, and resignation to try to manage unknown risks. With the rapid social changes, schools come up against complicated environment and administrative matters. Facing such multi-situation is a huge pressure for school and managing different risks is a test for management ability of school. This article takes structural perspective, human resource perspective, political perspective, symbolic perspective and chaos theory as an integrated perspective to explore risk management in school and then offers school administrators another thought for dealing with different situations and unique cases. This article offers an integrated mechanism for school administrators to cope with risks as well. With this mechanism, school administrators could define problems and gather information to frame correct and effective strategies.
