In the era of information society, what corresponds to ”class” concept directly is digital divide. This research adopts literature analysis to collect, organize and analyze the information related to digital divide and through exploring the meaning, causes and theory foundation of digital divide, it demonstrates the present condition, and proposes the responses of educational organizations. Finally, a variety of indications and suggestions are offered, hoping that it can provide education organizations, teacher training institutions and schools with the reference resources to diminish digital divide.
