The major purpose of this study was to revise ethical climate inventory using ethical climate and measure aspects of ethical climate of elementary school. The researcher adopted questionnaire survey. The obtained data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Scheffè method, and multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study were listed as follows: 1. The ethical climate of elementary school contains three factors. 2. The general situations of ethical climate of elementary school are good.3. The best dimension of ethical climate is ”law and profession” and the lowest is ”independence and norm.” 4. There were significant differences of the teachers' demographic variables such as gender, positions, and school's size. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are proposed.
