師培心聲:一位師培中心主任的心情告白

A State of Mind for Teacher Education: The Heartfelt Announcement from a Chief of a Teacher Education Center

摘要


目前師資培育制度下,合格教師人數仍然供過於求,對於師資過剩問題,持續都有學者探討師資培育制度的缺失與改進方法,且都是站在批評的角度來要求制度的改善,而本研究是以一位師資培育中心主任對於師資生的關懷與期許,抒發對辦學的理念與心情告白,希望藉由主任用心投入的經驗,讓師資生得到實質的幫助,並提供其他師資培育中心的參考。本研究採質性研究法,結論歸納出師資培育中心主任辦學的理念及作法:(一)師資培育教育階段:重視師資生人格品性的素養;(二)教育實習階段:鼓勵師資生積極表現與任教意願,創造日後執教機會;(三)教師檢定階段:重視師資生多元學習,積極輔導教師檢定的學科;(四)教師甄試階段:重視師資生專業技能成長與教學經驗。

Under the contemporary teacher education system, still there is a surplus of certified teachers. As to the problem of certified teacher surplus, continually there are scholars has been studying on the teacher education system deficiencies and the improving methods, which are all from the criticism point of view and asking for improvements. However this study is based on concerns and expectations of a chief of a teacher education center for teacher-education students, expressing the educational idea and heartfelt announcement. Hoping with the deeply devoted experience of the chief, teacher-education students can get substantial benefit and other teacher education centers can get reference. This study adopts quality research approach. The results sum up the educational idea and heartfelt announcement of the teacher education center's chief as following: 1. Teacher education's education phase: Put emphasis on teacher-education students' ethics. 2. Educational in-term phase: Encourage teacher-education students actively showing themselves and showing their teaching willingness. 3. Teacher certification phase: Put emphasis on teacher-education students' multiple learning and help them by guiding them the subjects of certification tests. 4. Screening exam for selected teachers phase: Put emphasis on teacher-education students' professional skill improvement and teaching experience.
