This research was conducted with document analysis, semi-structured interviews as well as literature reviews to examine how Night Angel Illumination Program initiated by Ministry of Education, R.O.C. Planned respondents are the ones in charge of the program in every night angel center, and this research plans to explore the process of program, analysis of curriculum and their characteristics of Night Angel Illumination Program then summarize the effectiveness of its implementation and dilemmas. In this research we found that the leaders of night angel centers, teachers and representative of parents all showed their positive support for this program. Schools also follow the principle of pluralism when planning curriculum in order to enhance the effectiveness of students learning, learning self-confidence planning. At last, the research sums up some results and difficulties of implementation based on the interview materials. Based on the results of this research, five suggestions for educational administration agencies, night angel center and future study are proposed.
