台南縣市私立幼托園所運用創新經營之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討幼托園所創新經營的重要層面和策略，並進一步瞭解目前台南縣市私立幼托園所創新經營之現況。採用文獻分析和問卷調查方式，進行研究，運用文獻分析梳理出幼托園所創新經營的重要層面內容和策略，以作為發展調查問卷的基礎，自編調查問卷「幼托園所創新經營之調查問卷」，調查問卷著重於幼托園所創新經營的重要層面和策略，運用隨機抽樣方式，針對台南縣市地區私立幼托園所的教育人員進行問卷調查，以瞭解台南縣市地區幼托園所創新經營的現況。綜合文獻探討和問卷調查之結果，作出結論和建議，供幼托園所和相關機關和人員之參考。

The purpose of this research is to study levels content and strategy of innovation management in preschools, and to understand current situation of innovation management in preschools of Tainan area. This study is accomplished with the process of literature analysis and questionnaires. Based on the literature analysis levels and strategies of innovation management at preschools are brought forth to tackle with. Primitive understanding of all these issues helps to scaffold the fundamental and theoretical guidelines for research. The ”Questionnaire for innovation management at preschools” will be later used for investigation on the current situation of innovation management at preschools in Tainan area. At last, make conclusions and suggestion and offer to relative staff s and government organization, institute for consultation.
