少子女化趨勢下幼兒園經營之探討

摘要

台灣當前社會，少子女化的現象已然成形，並嚴重衝擊著幼兒園的經營。本研究透過半結構式訪談，選定雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市8所公私立幼兒園園長為訪談實施對象，探討少子女化趨勢下幼兒園所經營情形。獲致結論如下：1.建構完備的資源管理，2.形塑優質的課程設計，3.強化互動之服務行銷；並提供以下建議：1.開發與運用社會資源，2.鼓勵辦學品質佳之幼兒園所擴大經營規模，3.強化社區與家長經營。達到永續經營之境地。

Contemporary Taiwan society is encountering with a sharp decline in birth rate. No children, no enrollment. This harsh phenomenon hit the management of kindergarten. This research under went the semi-construct interview which had focused on eight head-mistress in Yunlin County, Chiayi County and Chiayi City to recognize what's going in their operation under nowadays circumstance. The findings are as follows: to construct the well-organized resource management; to shape quality curriculum development; to strengthen interactive service marketing. The suggestions are: develop and induce social resource; encourage effective kindergartens to expand their size; reinforce communities and parental involvement. The ideal pattern is to build a sustainable entrepreneur model.
