在大學生平均素質下滑的背景下,課業學習輔導議題已經變成學校經營重要的議題。本文目的旨在透過課業學習輔導的SERVQUAL教育服務模式策略架構,進而對於課業學習輔導策略進行文獻分析。根據分析探討結果,本研究對我國大學課業學習輔導學習策略提出幾點建議:第一、加強資源規劃整合,提升資源使用效益;第二、提供多元課輔形式,進行學習追蹤輔導;第三、投入優質課輔人力,管控課輔服務品質;第四、加強師生互動諮詢,提供個殊適性輔導。
Under the decline of Academic attainments of the undergraduate, the strategies of curriculum learning counseling has become an important school operation issue. This study aims to have literature review on the strategies of curriculum learning counseling through the educational service model of SERVQUAL. According to the result of literature review, this study proposes some suggestions on the the strategies of curriculum learning counseling of the undergraduate: first, enhance the integration of resource program; second, supply multiple forms of learning counseling, implement the track and counseling of learning; fourth, invest excellent human resource of learning counseling, manage and control the quality of counseling of learning; fifth, enhance the counseling and interaction between teachers and students.
