新北市國民教育階段學校行政人員特教專業知能與行政支持之研究

A Study of Professional Competencies of Special Education and School Administrative Support of Administrative Staffs at Compulsory Education Level School in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市國民教育階段學校行政人員特教專業知能及學校行政支持現況,並比較不同背景變項在特教專業知能及學校行政支持的差異,以及特教專業知能與學校行政支持程度的相關情形。本研究採調查研究法,以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關進行資料分析。依據所得結論提出相關建議,提供教育行政機關、學校行政單位或未來研究,作為參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the professional competencies of special education and school administrative support of administrative staffs at compulsory education level school in New Taipei City. In this study, the correlation between the professional competencies of special education and school administrative support in current situation was explored. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. After that, we based the conclution of this paper, support some suggestions about the education to the government for the educational administration authorities and for the future sutdies of similar subjects.
