桃園縣國民小學經營樂齡學習中心執行現況及成效之研究

The Study on the Implementation and Effectiveness of Active Aging Learning Center in Taoyuan Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學樂齡學習中心學員學習滿意情形、學習後產生學習遷移和社會效果之差異情形,並探討國民小學經營樂齡學習中心執行現況及成效。研究方法為問卷調查法與訪談法。研究結果歸納如下:一、樂齡學習中心學員對樂齡學習中心滿意情形認同程度最高。二、樂齡學習中心學員參與課程後產生學習遷移和社會效果情形,整體具有中高程度的知覺。三、不同背景變項學員對樂齡學習中心滿意情形、參與課程後產生學習遷移和社會效果情形在知覺程度上有顯著差異。四、桃園縣國民小學樂齡學習中心應提供高齡者在地學習,著重課程規劃與強化師資教學知能,符應高齡者學習需求。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the participants of aging learning center on their learning satisfaction, learning transfer and social effects in elementary schools in Taoyuan City. In addition, the current implementation and effects of aging learning center in elementary schools were explored. The questionnaire survey and interviews were adopted in this study.1. The aspect of learning satisfaction received the highest level of identity.2. The participants in aging learning center have medium high cognition to learning transfer and social effects.3. The participants of different background show significant differences in the learning satisfaction, learning transfer after participating the curriculum, and the degree of perception in social effects.4. The aging learning centers in Taoyuan City provide senior citizens local learning areas, emphasize curriculum planning, strengthen teaching competence, and correspond to the needs of senior citizens.
