Foucault規訓理念在校園空間治理上之應用析論

The Analysis and Application of Foucault's Discipline on Space Governance of School

摘要


校園空間治理者可透過規訓的探討,深思校園空間的功能與影響性,透過「空間理念解構、重構」與「空間領導」,建立多元可能及因應未來需要的學習環境;以「空間美學」的視野及「空間活化」的行動,建置具有功能性、美感性,又能開展學生個別化的教育空間,進而實踐空間治理的理想與理念。本文旨在從Foucault規訓理念,探究空間治理上許多習而不察(take for granted)的現象,並提出規訓理念在空間治理上應用之四項論述:第一,釐清、解構、重構空間規訓理念,活用空間規訓權力;第二、依不同任務目的,善用空間監視或開放等規訓技術;第三、透過空間設計、安排分配與檢視,展現空間影響力;第四、善用多元規訓權力及空間美學,提高空間治理效能。空間治理者若能善用本文提出之四項論述,則能提高空間治理的效能。

The school administrators of space governance, space activation and space aesthetics really need to think about the function and influence through the discussion of rules and discipline. Through the concept of "space deconstruction and reconstruction" and "the leadership of the school space", they can establish the multiple possibilities in response to the further needs of learning environment. The vision of the "space aesthetic" and the action of the "space activation" are meant to establish the functional, aesthetic school campus space. This paper is to explore the rule and discipline philosophy of Foucault, in order to discover how the phenomenon of taking for granted in space management. Four disciplinary concepts in the application of campus space management are discussed in the paper. First, clarify, deconstruct the concept of reconstruction of space rules and discipline, use the power of space rules and discipline; Second, according to the purpose of different tasks, making a good use of space monitoring or open disciplinary techniques; Third, through space design, arrangements for distribution and inspection, show the inference of space; Fourth, making a good use of multiple disciplinary power and space aesthetics to improve the effectiveness of space management. The school administrators of campus space can help to improve the effectiveness of the spatial management if they make a good use of four discourses presented in this paper.
