The findings are as follows: (a) factors influencing preschool directors’ servant leadership involved teachers' demographic variables, namely age, years of work experience, educational level, and position in preschools, and the background variables of preschools, namely preschool type, size, location, and history; (b) as the topic of leadership continues to be developed, future studies should pay attention to not only directors’ leadership form but also the influence of organizational culture on directors’ leadership style; and (c) most of the studies on servant leadership in Taiwan have indicated the positive influence of servant leadership on organizational culture and thus held a positive attitude toward servant leadership.
