Principal/principal curriculum leadership and teacher professional learning community are important factors affecting the level of teacher innovation. The purpose of this study is to realize the current situation of curriculum leadership, professional learning community and teaching innovation of kindergarten principals/principals, and to explore the relevant situation of the above three aspects. The research methods including literature review and questionnaire survey. research shows, The kindergarten principal/principal curriculum leadership, the teacher professional learning community and the teacher's teaching innovation are in good condition; the principal/director of the kindergarten curriculum leadership through the teacher professional learning community film teacher teaching innovation, the teacher professional learning community has a complete intermediary effect. This study suggests that leaders should, make full use of the professional learning community's improved teaching ability, actively participate in the kindergarten curriculum leadership, constantly innovate teaching, and improve students' learning effectiveness.
