行動學習在教師專業學習社群之應用

Application of Action Learning in the Teacher Professional Learning Community

摘要


近年來,教師專業發展社群成為我國教師專業發展的核心,以期教師透過不斷的學習,以持續促進其專業發展。然目前因種種因素未能普及每個學校。本研究藉由分析我國目前教師專業學習社群的發展現狀,以行動學習為基礎理論,並對現行教師專業學習社群策略進行SWOT分析,探究行動學習在教師專業學習社群之可行性,以期提供教師另一項學習管道。

Recently, teacher professional development community has become the core of teacher professional development in Taiwan. The aim is to make teachers promote professional development through continuous learning. However, due to various factors, it has not been popularized in every school. The research is analyzed the current situation of teacher professional learning community, based on the theory of Action Learning and explored the feasibility of Action Learning in the teacher professional learning community by the SWOT analysis. It will provide teachers another learning way.
