私立國民小學教師幸福感之研究

A Study of Teachers' Well-being in a Private Elementary School

摘要


本研究為質性研究,以一所私立國民小學13位教師為研究對象,探討私立國民小學教師幸福感,並透過研究結果提出結論與建議。本研究以正向情緒、工作投入、工作意義、成就感、正向關係與健康為面向,梳理私立國民小學教師如何維持幸福感。本研究發現,私立國民小學教師正向情緒之維持為教師幸福感的第一要素;教師投入工作時常有心流狀態產生;教師之工作意義能促進幸福感實現;私立國民小學教師被賦予較高期待,持續自我精進和實現是教師維持成就感的重要因素;具備良好正向關係能提升教師工作效能;身心健康是教師追求幸福感的基本要素。

This research was a qualitative research, selected 13 teachers at a private elementary school as the research object, explored private elementary school teachers' well-being, and put forward conclusions and suggestions through the research results. Focusing on positive emotions, engagement, meaning, accomplishment, relationship and health, this study sorted out how private elementary school teachers maintain their well-being. This study found that the maintenance of positive emotions of teachers in private elementary schools was the first element of teachers' well-being; teachers had a state of flow when they were engaged in work; teachers' work meaning can promote the realization of well-being; private elementary school teachers were given higher expectations, continuous self-improvement and realization were important factors for teachers to maintain a sense of achievement; having a good positive relationship can improve teachers' work efficiency; physical and mental health were the basic element for teachers to pursue happiness.
