健康體適能俱樂部會員休閒需求和參與動機之研究

A Study of Leisure Needs of Club Members in Health-related Physical Fitness and Motivation to Participate

摘要


國內專業性質的運動休閒與健康體適能俱樂部急速崛起,然金融風暴下,會員及消費族群流失。健康體適能俱樂部,主要提供健康及休閒為服務,其替代性高:消費意識抬頭,整體行銷市場方顯得競爭激烈:吸引參與健康體適能俱樂部或增強會員的再購率,甚為重要。本研究從健康體適能俱樂部的會員探討休閒需求、參與動機及其關係。提出研究之結論與建議,供健康體適能俱樂部業者制定行銷之策略,以因應金融風暴之衝擊。本研究採便利抽樣法,以3家健康體適能俱樂部消費者為主要調查對象,問卷發放280份,回收236份,回收率為84%:扣除不完整之無效問卷28份後,有效問卷為208份,有效問卷率為74%。健康體適能俱樂部會員之教育,對休閒需求中之擴展需求構面有顯著差異。健康體適能俱樂部會員之性別對參與動機中之社會需求構面有顯著差異。休閒需求中感覺需求、生理需求、擴展需求構面與參與動機中休閒娛樂,健康適能,社會需求構面,兩兩間皆有顯著相關。

This study is to explore the leisure needs from the health-related physical fitness in terms of club members, motivation and the relationship. We facilitate the sampling method to three health-related physical fitness club consumers as the main survey. 280 questionnaires were issued and 236 questionnaires were recovered. The response rate is 84%. After deducting the incomplete 28 respondents, 208 valid questionnaires were valid and the valid rate was 74%. We found that the education of health club fitness, the demand for leisure in the expansion of the demand for significant differences in dimensions. The parameter of the sex of health club fitness has significant differences in motivation to participate in the social needs. Sense of the demand for leisure demand, physical demand, the expansion of demand for and participation dimensions of leisure motivation, health, fitness, and social needs of dimensions, were significantly related to each other.
