剖析特徵式CAD模型為基礎之設計與模擬-以汽車自動變速系統為例

Analysis for Feature-based CAD Model of Automotive Transmission System

摘要


本研究針對汽車自動變速箱在機構設計方面,應用Pro/Engineer軟體進行整體分析。首先,利用Top-Down design mode建構系統組裝架構及零組件之間的限制;接著,指定各零組件材料性質、運動限制與負載類型等相關條件;最後運用軟體所提供之最佳化模式進行系統靜態分析,其內容包含各檔位轉速比、動態應力/應變及位移等,並以市售同等級車款(日產3N71B型)作為比較之基準,藉此驗證設計之實用性。本研究除了運用單一CAD工程軟體有效地整合設計/分析兩階段資料,避免異質系統間資料轉換所造成的檔案疏落及精度誤差之外,也建立傳動系統自主設計及開發的數位雛型及流程,可做為該領域自主設計及研究的參考。

An analysis is implemented for feature-based CAD model of automotive transmission system using Pro/Engineer in this study. First of all, to building the assemble framework and constraints among components follows the Top-Down mode. Secondly, to set up the material, motion conditions, loading types of each component. Finally, optimized model and its data for static state of transmission system are generated. Meanwhile, single CAD model is used between design and analysis, so the error can be avoided for file transformation in heterogeneity CAD system. Besides, an independent design prototype environment and procedure can be developed in this study.
