網際網路上輔助消費者購物支援系統

An Online Shopping Support System on the Internet

摘要


隨著網際網路的興起,出現了許多提供各式各樣服務的全球資訊網站。其中,提供消費者網路購物服務的全球資訊網站被認為對企業而言擁有無限的商機。全球資訊網購物網站的優點是,能夠提供企業一個快速且直接地的產品行銷及服務管道,相對的也能夠提供消費者一個迅速且便捷地的購物環境。 目前網際網路上全球資訊網購物網站(網路購物支援系統),大多提供以線上購物(產品購買)的功能為主,僅有少數的也有提供產品搜尋、產品挑選或產品議價等功能。但目前的網路購物支援系統,大多沒有支援從產品搜尋、產品挑選、產品議價到產品購買等整個網路購物過程。在本研究中,為支援消費者整個網路購物過程,將提出一套網際網路上輔助消費者購物之方法論。此方法論,除了支援整個從產品搜尋到產品購買的網路購物過程外、亦將改善目前網路購物支援系統在各項功能上的缺點。另外,為使本研究所提之方法論能夠更有效的來支援消費者網路購物,將設計及開發以本研究所提方法論為基礎的網路購物支援系統。藉由本研究所提之方法論及所開發之網路購物支援系統,將能夠提供消費者一個迅速且便捷的購物環境。

With rapid growth of Internet, websites provide many kinds of services. Among them, online shopping service is thought it has limitless business opportunity to enterprises. The advantages of online shopping service are that it can offer enterprises a marketing and service channel, and offer consumers a shopping environment. At present, most of online shopping websites provide a products purchasing function, some of them also provide the functions such as products searching, products selecting or negotiation price of the products. There is no online shopping website supports the all processes from products searching, products selecting, negotiation price of the products to products purchasing. In this study, we will provide a methodology to support online shopping services for consumers. It not only supports the all processes from products searching, products selecting, negotiation price of the products to products purchasing, but also improves the weaknesses of the processes. Furthermore, we will develop a support system based on the methodology on the Internet.
