基於虛擬儀器的光信號採集處理系統研製

The Design of an Optical Information Acquisition and Processing System Based on Virtual Instrument

摘要


微弱信號的採集和處理是光傳感系統資訊檢測的重要環節,本文針對光纖傳感系統的信號檢測需求,設計並實現了光電檢測的放大電路,針對檢測中光傳感系統傳送的光信號強弱的差別較大問題,在電路中設計了增益自動控制環節,有效的解決了放大電路因飽和而出現檢測信號失真的問題,保證不失真的放大微弱的光信號。在此基礎上,基於Labview虛擬儀器平臺和DAQ卡,開發了資料獲取處理系統,通過該系統即時顯示傳感資訊,並快速給出光信號的頻率資訊。該系統可以防止由於輸入過大而帶來的失真,展現了在其它領域應用的潛力。

Acquisition and processing weak signal is one of the crucial problems in an optical sensor system. In this essay, we solve the signal processing problem in the optical sensor system by designing a circuit. As for dealing with the big changes in the system, we design a circuit which can not only provide enough amplification but also reduce the saturation problem in which the circuit over-amplify the signal. Furthermore, we developed a data-acquire system using Labview and DAQ card. In the system we developed, we can find out the frequency information of the optical signal quickly and exactly. Besides, the system can solve the saturation problem. The system also has the potential ability in solving problems in other areas.
