網際網路環境中個人化資訊推薦系統實作之研究

摘要


隨著網路技術與設備的發展與普及,網際網路逐漸成為人們取得資訊的重要管道。然而,隨著網際網路資料的大量增加,使用者所面臨的資訊過載情形也日趨嚴重。因而有效地協助使用者在豐富的網路資源中取得所需資訊,已成為網際網路環境中一個重要的研究議題。 近年來,客戶關係管理已逐漸成為企業經營上的一個重要議題,而如何針對客戶需求提供個人化服務正是其成功的關鍵因素之一。為此,企業界莫不積極尋找可改善客戶互動的有效方法,以藉此提高其客戶忠誠度與滿意度。本研究應用模糊資訊擷取與相似度衡量技術,建立一個網際網路環境中的個人化資訊推薦系統架構,並以此進行資訊推薦服務系統實證分析。藉由實驗結果顯示其資訊推薦滿意度可達71%。足見本研究所提出之資訊推薦系統可有效提供使用者個人化的資訊服務,未來亦可將此推薦系統應用於電子商務環境,增進企業與客戶間之互動,以提昇企業的競爭力。

As Web-related techniques and equipments grow, the Internet has become popular as a major channel for providing a wide variety of information. However, users face the serious problem of information overload when acquiring increasing amounts of information from the Internet. It has become an important issue in providing information services to meet users' requirements effectively in the Internet. Recently, how to provide users tailor-made service has become an important issue in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Therefore, enterprises resort to every conceivable means to increase the interaction between themselves and customers. And use them to improve the customer royalty and satisfaction effectively. In this study, the fuzzy information retrieval and similarity measurement are applied to build a personal information push-delivery system. We use it to make a demonstration in the Internet. The results show that the degree of satisfaction for all participants was as high as 71%, indicating that the proposed system can effectively provide personal information service for users. We believe the proposed system would properly be used for enterprise to improve competitive advantage and their interaction with customers in an Electronic Commerce (EC) environment.
