電腦技能學習中群體凝聚力、群體規範、群體效能與群體績效之研究

A Study of Group Cohesion, Group Norm, Group Efficacy, and Group Performance in Computer Skill Learning

摘要


群體學習行為的研究愈來愈受重視,特別是電腦技能學習之議題。本研究以電腦技能學習為應用,探討群體效能(group efficacy)與群體績效(group performance)的關係;群體凝聚力(group cohesion)是否為群體效能與群體績效之問的中問變數(mediator);群體規範(group norm)是否為群體效能與群體績效之間的中介變數(moderator);以及群體規範與群體凝聚力的關係。結果發現除了群體規範不是群體效能與群體績效之間的中介變數之外,其餘的假說都獲得實證的支持。該結果除了彌補過去研究之不足,也具有實務上的啓示。

The researches of group learning behavior are more important, especially on the issues of computer skill learning. This study applies to computer skill learning for group and focuses on the disscusions of the relationships of group efficacy and group performance, the mediator of group cohesion or the moderator of group norm between group efficacy and group performance, and the relationships of group norm and group cohesion. The findings show group norm is not a moderator between group efficacy and group performance, but other hypotheses are supported by empirical results. The findings are not only supplemental for the past researches, but also implicated for the practitioners.
