摘要

本研究旨在描述心肌梗塞恢復期男性患者的性生活概況。採探索性敘述性研究法，以立意取樣訪談92位出院後6週至6個月的患者。以結構式問卷訪談，問卷中涵蓋兩題開放式問答。結果顯示：65位個案已恢復性生活，其中34.8％於第一個月內即恢復性交，但性生活頻率較發病前減少，且性生活滿意度降低。自慰次數由平均每月1.25次降為0.69次，性交次數由平均每月4.37次降為2.63次，性生活滿意度由平均2.61分降為2.20分。個案在性生活中仍伴隨著不適的症狀，嘗試改變性交姿位，其伴侶面對性時有所顧慮。可能影響性生活恢復與否的因素為年齡、性慾、疾病、知識、對性的看法、藥物、伴侶反應及他人意見。
梗塞後患者性生活因應行為有逃避與面對。研究結果可提供護理人員於執行病人性衛教時之參考。

The purpose of this study was to describe the sexual life of male Patients with myocardial infarction (MI) during recovery period. The study was a descriptive exploratory research. The 92 patients after 6 weeks to 6 months discharge were selected using a purposive sampling. Data were collected through open and closed questionnaires. The findings included: 65 subjects had sexual life until interview. Most of the subjects (34.8%) resumed sexual intercourse in the first month following MI, but the frequency of sexual activity declined and a decrease appeared in the level of sexual satisfaction. The average numbers of masturbation were decreased from 1.25 to 0.69 per month and sexual intercourse from 4.37 to 2.63 per month. The level of sexual satisfaction was changed from 2.61 to 2.20. Some subjects still reported discomfort during sexual intercourse and that their sexual positions had changed. Some subjects and partners concerned about the risks associated with sexual activity. The influencing factors of sexual life were age, sexual urge, disease, knowledge, standpoints, drug, partner's reaction, and others' opinions. The coping behaviors of their sexual life were to withdraw and face after MI. The results could be a reference for instructing MI patients on their sexual life.
