推動台灣醫療品質指標計畫(TQIP)週年回顧及實務經驗分享－以沙鹿童綜合醫院為例
Experiences Gained in the First Year of Promotion
摘要
品質管理是近來醫界最重要的課題之一，也是醫療市場競爭的籌碼之一，品質如何誰動、測量與改進更是探討及研究的重點，近來財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會致力誰動的台灣醫療品質指標計畫(TQIP)即是其中之一。本文乃對此計畫之介紹及以沙鹿童綜合醫院加入此計畫一年來之推動實務介紹及心得分享，期能和醫界先進共同分享及交換心得。

Quality control is an important issue in the medical care circles in the recent years. It is alsa one of the stakes of comptition in the medical care market How to promote measure and improve quality are some issues for further discussion and research. The proiect for the improvement of medial care quality, the TQIP (Taiwan Quality Indicator Project), which has been actively promoted by the Taiwan Joint Commission on Hospital Accreditation (TJCHA), is one of some important measures for quality assurance. This report will briefly touch on the project and present and share the experiences that the Tung's Hospital has gained in the first year of promotion.
