醫療產業員工對電子病歷之科技接受模式探討－以中南部地區為例

摘要

全民健保實施後，為因應整體醫療服務量的遽增、醫療成本支出的高漲、健保局在支出費用的嚴格審核制度，加上醫療院所急須解決龐大的病歷資料儲存等問題，促使醫療院所對病歷的電子化工作較為積極，因此，如何運用資訊科技以減輕人員工作負荷，並有效提升工作效率及醫療服務品質，為目前政府與各醫療機構積極努力之目標。
本研究以科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為主軸，輔以理性行為理論(Theory of Reasoned Action, TRA)與電腦自我效能理論(Computer Self-Efficacy, CSE)，作為醫療產業員工資訊科技接受行為之假設模式，透過實證研究加以檢驗。研究結果醫療產業員工之資訊科技接受行為模式，在驗證後皆達到顯著水準以上，模式的整體配適度為49.8%，表示本研究所建構之醫療產業員工之資訊科技接受行為模式對醫療產業員工電子病歷系統系統使用行為能給予不錯的解釋，使模式能有效預測並解釋資訊系統之使用行為。
經過模式的修正可作為後續研究者之參考，並期望藉以瞭解影響醫療產業員工資訊科技接受行為意向之主要因素，以供政府主管機關或醫療機構，未來在改善與推動電子病歷系統之參考。

Since the government brought the National Health Insurance program in practice, the quantity of health care service increased dramatically, the cost of health care increased, the Bureau of Natonal Health Insurance strictly evaluated the expenses and the problem of storing patient records emerged. Therefore, how to apply the information technology into electronic patient records for improving efficiency and quality of health care is an urgent problem for all health care institutes.
The purpose of the study was to explore the health care employees' acceptance of electronic patient record system, based on Technology Acceptance Model, Theory of Reasoned Action and Computer Self-Efficacy. The results of the research indicate that essential factors and show factors that affect the behavior of the health care employees on electronic patient record system.
The model could be used to predict the health care employees' behavior on using electronic patient record system. Meanwhile, the effect of using electronic patient record system was investigated and suggestions were concluded for the development of National Health Insurance IC Card in future.
