目的:探討高齡者對衛生所執行高齡友善健康照護政策滿意度及其對忠誠度之影響。方法:以到金門縣衛生所使用健康照護服務之65歲(含)以上高齡者為研究對象,採便利抽樣方式共發放250份問卷,問卷發放期間為2021年2月22日至3月31日,有效問卷245份,其中滿意度量表共包含5個構面,忠誠度量表則包含醫療保健與健康促進忠誠度兩構面,後續針對問卷進行敘述性分析、雙變項分析與複迴歸分析。結果:研究對象對高齡友善健康照護政策滿意度以「社區服務及轉介」構面最高(Mean=4.66),最低為「管理政策」構面之滿意度(Mean=4.55)。迴歸分析結果顯示高齡友善健康照護政策滿意度五個構面及衛生所之「醫療保健忠誠度」、「健康促進活動忠誠度」皆有顯著正向影響(p<0.05)。結論:在人口老化趨勢下,衛生所應強化高齡友善健康照護政策執行之滿意度,以增進高齡者持續使用醫療保健服務與參與健康促進活動的意願。
Objectives: This study tried to explore the satisfaction toward age-friendly health care policies executed by public health centers and their impact on loyalty among older persons. Methods: This study was designed to collect data using convenient sampling methods. The research subjects were senior citizens aged 65 years old and above in a public health center in Kinmen County. The questionnaire distribution period was from February 22 to March 31, 2021. 250 questionnaires were distributed, of which 245 were returned valid. The satisfaction scale consisted of 5 dimensions, and the loyalty scale included two dimensions of the loyalty toward health care and the loyalty toward health promotion activity. Descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out on the questionnaires. Results: Among the satisfaction of the age-friendly healthcare policy dimensions, community service and referral dimension had the highest score (mean =4.66) and management policy dimension had the lowest score (mean=4.55). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the five dimensions of age-friendly health care policy satisfaction had significant positive effects on the loyalty toward health care and the loyalty toward health promotion activity (p<0.05). Conclusions: Amid the trend of population aging, public health centers should strengthen the elderly's satisfaction with the implementation of age-friendly health care policies to increase the willingness of older persons to continue to use medical care services and participate in health promotion activities.
