婦女子宮頸癌及乳癌篩檢社區體驗、醫院認同與就診意願之研究—以屏東縣為例

目的：民眾體驗社區癌症篩檢後，探討篩檢體驗的滿意度、醫院認同與就診意願之相關性。方法：以屏東縣女性為研究對象，採混合研究法，進行問卷及質性訪談，共計375份有效問卷及12位訪談者。結果：1.社區體驗對就診意願具有正向影響。2.社區體驗對醫院認同具有正向影響。3.醫院認同對就診意願具有正向影響。4.醫院認同在社區體驗與就診意願之間具有中介效果。5.曾經到過與未曾到過醫院就診之民眾在社區體驗與就診意願之間具有干擾效果。6.透過質性訪談，發現偏遠原住民鄉鎮之緊急醫療量能不足。結論：本研究結果將提供醫療院所如何推行社區癌症篩檢及政府相關部門如何提昇民間醫療院所參與量能之參考，進而提升醫療院所對醫院形象與治癒能力之管理。

Objectives: After experiencing community cancer screening, this study explores the relationship between satisfaction with the screening experience, hospital recognition, and willingness to seek medical care. Methods: Using a mixed research methodology, this study focused on women in Pingtung County, conducting both surveys and qualitative interviews. A total of 375 valid surveys and 12 interviewees were included in the analysis. Results: 1. Positive associations exist between community screening experiences and willingness to seek medical care. 2. Positive associations exist between community screening experiences and hospital recognition. 3. Hospital recognition positively influences willingness to seek medical care. 4. Hospital recognition acts as a mediator between community screening experiences and willingness to seek medical care. 5. A moderating effect was observed between those who had previously visited a hospital and those who had not on the relationship between community screening experiences and willingness to seek medical care. 6. Qualitative interviews revealed insufficient emergency medical capacity in remote indigenous townships. Conclusions: The findings of this study provide insights into how healthcare institutions can implement community cancer screening and offer reference points for government departments on enhancing the participation capacity of private healthcare institutions. This, in turn, can improve the management of healthcare institutions' image and healing capabilities.
