摘要

Ring-sling complex是一種很罕見的先天發育異常疾病，它同時合併了異常的肺動脈吊帶(pulmonary artery sling)及先天性氣管狹窄。該異常的左肺動脈是由右肺動脈分支出來後，走在氣管及食道之間，然後繞著氣管並跨在氣管及右支氣管上，再進入左側的肺門，因此可能造成上呼吸道的壓迫以及食道的壓迫。而另一項先天性氣管狹窄異常，造成狹窄的部分是O型軟骨而非正常的C型軟骨，不僅氣管的生長受限，也容易有上呼吸道阻塞的危險。本篇論文提出一個這種罕見的病例，並且強調這兩種先天異常的相關性，以及遇到呼吸窘迫的病人應該將先天性心血管異常及氣管異常列入考慮。
