Most people thought that Su Shi' poetry focused on the travel and nature since he served Tang Pon(通判)in Hang-chou(杭州). However, this characteristic is base on what kind of mind and self-knowledge? Moreover, since Hang-chou was the land which Su Shi became the first-class poet on Song Dynasty, how did Su Shi regarded his creation and self? Few of researchers was concerned these questions serously. This article researched the relationship between the Su Shi in Hang-chou and his inner consciousness. This paper attempts to explore step by step autobiographic performance before Su Shi in Hang-chou, the attitude that Su Shi regarded writing natural scenery as his responsibility when he was in Hang-chou and the individual consciousness of lucid and rusticity. Thus, we can not only get more comprehension about the image of the poet of Su Shi, but also uncover the corresponding relationship between the Yu(遊) of Su Shi' poetry and his generation.
