In clinical practice, ectopic pregnancy and ovarian corpus luteum rupture may happen to any reproductive woman. If intrauterine pregnancy with ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture can be diagnosed early, unnecessary surgery can be avoided, Not only the patient's pain can be reduced, but also good prognosis can be achieved. In this paper, we present a case of a 24-year-old woman with early intrauterine pregnancy involving ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture. Despite her cyst's rupture, the woman's embryo continued to grow normally with conservative treatment. In addition to this case report, we have reviewed and analyzed ectopic pregnancy cases that were diagnosed shortly before surgery at the Changhua Christian Hospital between 1991 and 2000.
