Gallbladder Agenesis: A Case Report
摘要
先天膽囊缺失，但膽道系統正常是一極罕見的先天缺失，其發生率約爲0.01%至0.065%；雖然時至今日，超音波及一些影像技術的進步，但仍然須告開刀才能正確診斷，因此先天膽囊缺失至今仍只有低於300例報告；在此我們報告一例63歲女性先天性膽囊缺失個案。

Agenesis of the gallbladder that has a normal biliary tract is an extremely rare congenital anomaly. The incidence of gallbladder agenesis is between 0.01% and 0.065%. Fewer than 300 cases have been reported. In spite of much improved technology in ultrasound and other imaging techniques, nearly all diagnoses of gallbladder agenesis on symptomatic patients have been made operatively. Here, we report a case of 63-year-old female patient who had symptomatic gallbladder agenesis.
