研究之目的在瞭解中部某醫學中心護理人員護理能力表現及其相關影響因素。採橫斷式相關性設計,以立意取樣,取中部某醫學中心之護理人員為研究對象,進行資料收集與分析。研究結果發現五百三十七名有效樣不,平均年齡為28.71±5.45歲。大學畢業占50.5%居多。護理能力平均得分為3.65±0.48,護理六大能力,含照顧、溝通、教學、管理研究及自我成長能力之平均得分情形分別為4.00±0.47、3.91±0.53、3.78±0.60、3.77±0.59、2.96±0.68、3.48±0.60。婚姻、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、進修狀態、職稱、進階職級、工作支持度、工作重要性在護理能力表現上均有顯著差異。本研究結果可提供護理主管有關護理人員護理能力概況,並作為改善護理人員在職教育訓練及提升護理服務品質之參考。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the nursing competence and related factors. In this cross-sectional and correlation study using a convenience sampling, we collected data from a medical center. We recruited a total of 537 nurses with a mean age 28.71±5.45 years old. We found a total mean nursing competence score of 3.65±0.48. The mean scores for best and better nursing competencies were caring, communication, teaching, management, self and professional development, and engagement in research (4.00±0.47, 3.91±0.53, 3.78±0.60, 3.77±0.59, 3.48±0.60, and 2.96±0.68, respectively). Individual characteristics marital status, age, education, working years, job position, nursing clinical ladder level, job support and the importance of job significantly influenced some nursing competencies. The results of this study will not only help nursing managers to understand a nurse's strengths and weaknesses categorized by six competencies, but also improve clinical service, teaching content and elevate the quality of nursing care.
